These Terms govern the digital services provided by Solvania LLC ("Solvania", "we", "us") to our clients ("you"). By purchasing a service or package, you agree to these Terms.
Solvania provides web design and digital setup services for contractors and home service businesses, including websites, Google Business Profile setup, review tools, directory listings, photo and video editing, brand kits, and checkout and invoicing setup. Each service has a fixed price and a defined scope, confirmed in writing before work begins. Packages include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
All services are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping. Typical turnaround is a few business days per service, confirmed with you before work begins. We keep you updated on progress and delivery timelines.
Services are billed as one-time project fees. For projects of $1,000 or more, we may bill in two milestones (a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery). Third-party costs (such as domain registration or directory fees) are the client's responsibility and are billed at cost.
You agree to provide the content, access, and information we need to deliver your project in a timely manner. You are responsible for your own trade licenses, permits and insurance; Solvania provides digital services only and does not advise on licensing or legal matters.
On full payment, you own the final deliverables and all accounts we set up in your name. Solvania does not hold or receive funds on behalf of your customers; any payments from your customers are processed through accounts owned by you.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Solvania LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect the information you provide when you contact us or purchase a service — such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and any materials you share for your project.
We use your information only to deliver and support the services you request, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers needed to deliver your project (for example, your domain registrar or a directory platform), and only as necessary. These providers have their own privacy policies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@solvanianyc.com.
We want you to be satisfied with our work. This policy explains how refunds work.
You may cancel any service before we begin work on it. If you cancel before we start your project, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Once work has started, deposits cover the time and resources already committed and are non-refundable. If we have not yet delivered a first draft, you may receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
Because our services are custom digital work delivered to you, fees for completed and delivered services are non-refundable. We include two rounds of revisions to make sure you are happy with the result.
Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (such as domain registration) are non-refundable, as they are charged by the provider, not by Solvania.

Your payment information is handled by a secure, industry-certified (PCI-DSS) payment provider over an encrypted connection — whether you pay online or in person. Solvania LLC never sees, collects, or stores your full card details, and our website runs entirely over HTTPS.
You can pay securely online — we send you a payment link or invoice — or in person when we meet, using a secure card reader or a scan-to-pay QR code. Either way, card data is transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS) directly to the payment provider and never touches our own records.

When we set up payment links or invoicing for you, payments from your customers go directly into an account owned by you. Solvania never holds or receives your customers' funds.
